Professional Summary: Karen McElroy, CCIM launched her real estate career in 2003 and specializes in the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties throughout Shreveport, Bossier City, and the broader I-20 corridor. She provides comprehensive leasing and brokerage services—including tenant and buyer representation, property listings, site selection, and consulting—and has assisted a wide range of local, regional, and national clients with acquisitions, dispositions, and site selection. Karen is an active member of ICSC, holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and is part of the Retail Broker’s Network. She has been honored as one of the Greater Shreveport Chamber of Commerce’s 40 Under 40 and is a graduate of both its Leadership Program and the Dale Carnegie Program. Her past leadership roles include chairing the Northwest Louisiana Real Estate Trends Conference and serving on the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Commercial Database. A University of Louisiana at Monroe graduate, she is married with five children and actively participates in various school, church, and community organizations.
